Clayton Morris of Redacted sits down with guest John Stewart, former candidate for Illinois governor to talk about actual footage of an alien interrogation that took place in the early 90’s.

We have an exclusive report here at Redacted, the film that you are about to see is jaw dropping, and it was passed over by The New York Times to feature but chose not to. We at Redacted have made the decision to share this story and this astonishing footage. The film is remarkable in itself, but what might be even more astounding is the concealed nature of this classified film. Our guest today is John Stewart, a past contender for both Illinois Governor and U.S. Congress. He has dedicated over five years investigating and validating the origin of this supposed classified film.

This film, set to be shown shortly, allegedly displays an extraterrestrial biological entity undergoing an interrogation at the S-2 facility in 1997, conducted by members of the U.S. military. A few weeks prior, our guest John Stewart personally delivered his entire investigation to the office of Congressman Tim Burchett, becoming the first civilian outside the government to submit a report to the United States Congress concerning the extraterrestrial phenomenon.

We’re privileged to have John join us today. John, it’s a pleasure to welcome you to Redacted. I appreciate you sharing your unique and extraordinary journey and investigation. We will soon display the film, approximately two minutes and 57 seconds long, dating back to 1997, and you will elucidate for our viewers exactly what we’re observing. But first, I believe it’s essential to provide some context regarding the origin of this film, how you obtained it, and the cover-up surrounding it.

You first came across this interrogation, which took place in 1997 at the S-2 facility, through a documentary. Back then, you were enjoying a rather opulent lifestyle, residing in a highly desirable area of Chicago, and cruising Lake Michigan on your own black powerboat. You decided to watch this documentary titled “Alien Interview,” expecting it to present a humanoid alien participating in a conventional job interview at the Pentagon.

However, about 30 minutes into the documentary, you were taken aback by the footage displayed. It was raw, devoid of any professional touches or edits. The alien depicted was similar in color to human bone, had round eyes contrary to the commonly depicted almond-shaped ones, and was accompanied by an unusual physiological monitor that moved vertically rather than horizontally on the screen.

Victor, the supposed whistleblower who claimed to have helped smuggle this footage out of Area 51, also struck you with his intelligence and his use of peculiar terminology, including the phrase “medical flagging.” Your old doctor confirmed this term was an army medical phrase from the ’50s and ’60s, further intensifying your curiosity about this film.

The film also included an acronym, DNI/David November Iglo/27, which Victor explained referred to the Department of Naval Intelligence. A couple of years later, during your run for Congress, you asked a Senator about this department. His reaction, transitioning from a jovial attitude to an aggressive one, and his refusal to provide any information, raised further questions for you.

As an investigator, the peculiarities surrounding this film kept adding up: the unusual representation of the alien, the use of outdated medical jargon, the unconventional medical monitor, the short-sleeved medical staff instead of the expected biohazard suits, and the mysterious DNI acronym that seemed to infuriate a U.S. Senator. All these elements provoked more questions about the authenticity and the real story behind this film.

As such, you found yourself compelled to dig deeper. It was clear to you that this was not just a casual curiosity; there were real, unanswered questions at stake here. Something about the footage, the unusual terminologies used, and the reaction of a United States Senator, told you that there was more to the story than met the eye.

In the ensuing years, you embarked on an investigation that led you down various pathways. You consulted with experts, scrutinized documents, and traveled to places you had never thought of visiting before. You were driven by a desire to understand, to uncover what lay beneath the shroud of secrecy that this film was draped in.

This investigation took you five years, during which you encountered roadblocks and unexpected turns, yet you persevered. Your quest culminated in a comprehensive report that you hand-delivered to Congressman Tim Burchett’s office. It was an unprecedented move for a civilian, signaling the significance of your findings about the extraterrestrial phenomenon.

Now, we stand on the precipice of an unveiling, ready to share with our viewers the footage you’ve investigated, to expose what has been concealed and to prompt discussions about what it signifies. This is not a claim of incontrovertible truth, but an invitation to examine the evidence, ask questions, and seek understanding.

Our aim today is not merely to share the film but also to provide a deep dive into its context. As we proceed, John, you’ll walk us through this footage from 1997 and provide an expert’s commentary on what we are seeing, helping us decipher its intricacies and understand the anomalies you’ve discovered.

Unquestionably, what lies ahead is an intriguing journey, one that has the potential to challenge our understanding of what we perceive as reality. This story, initially overlooked by The New York Times, now takes center stage at Redacted. As we brace ourselves to venture into this unchartered territory, we welcome our viewers and listeners to engage, question, and be part of this extraordinary exploration.

Indeed, we have allowed the audience to remain in anticipation for a sufficient duration, but it was crucial to provide the context and details pertinent to this film. This includes identifying the individuals present at the time of recording, the confirmation of their identities, and the acknowledgment of the film’s veracity by reputable outlets like The New York Times. Having established that, let us now proceed with the viewing. Please note that this film is silent and lacks any audio narration. So, John, can you guide us through what is being projected on the screen as we play this film?

What we are looking at is a film recorded in April of 1991, which demonstrates a thought projection interview with an entity designated as an “Other Gray”, an extraterrestrial biological being. This being is haploid, possessing only a single sexual chromosome, in contrast to human beings who are diploids. A noteworthy detail for any microbiologist in our audience. This being was held at the S2-Alpha, the official name for the subterranean facility that hosted the alien interrogation and retention program.

These interview rooms were often referred to as the “ambassador suites”, signifying the governmental approach to these beings as ambassadors from other planets and dimensions. The possibility of these beings originating from other dimensions is a detail that some officials are hesitant to confirm. This specific entity was ailing during the recording, suffering from a respiratory condition. An unconfirmed theory suggests that it also had an anomaly or disease related to its combined heart-lung sac, a singular organ unlike our separate heart and lungs. This necessitated a specialized monitor to observe this unique organ.

The room behind the viewing glass housed five men, including two telepaths. Some have theorized, based on the figure’s silhouette, that Colin Powell was present in the room. Although this claim seems improbable and is unverified, the figure does appear to be an African American male in his fifties wearing an army class A dress uniform. The rear admiral on my list was responsible for reporting intelligence to the Joint Chiefs staff, which adds an intriguing layer to this mystery.

The telepaths present in the room played a significant role, despite their controversial recruitment process, which was likened to hiring psychics from an 800 hotline. Nevertheless, these two men demonstrated a remarkable connection with these entities and were able to receive and relay information to the military officials present in the room.

As the film proceeds, we observe the alien’s deteriorating health, attended to by the medical team. According to Victor, the whistleblower who provided this footage, the medical staff at S2 and S4 were selected more for their discretion than their medical expertise. I’ve managed to get in contact with and identify the two doctors that can be seen on either side of this being in the film.

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll notice “DNI/27”, referring to the Department of Naval Intelligence. According to Richard Dodie, multiple agencies were waiting in a queue to present their questions to this being during the two-hour-long interview conducted approximately once a month.

As you mentioned, the footage was initially deemed a hoax, and this was the assumption that you, too, held when you started this investigation. Yet, you sought the truth rather than confirming your assumptions. This pursuit has now led to the imminent congressional hearing. The hearing is expected to feature testimony from civilian whistleblowers who have witnessed similar incidents.

Can you elaborate on the process of verifying the authenticity of this film? Who were the witnesses present in the room with this entity, and how did you start to collate their testimonies?

As you’ve stated, this exploration into the veracity of the film was sparked during the period of COVID-19. For the first time, you had a significant amount of free time, and an internal prompt guided you to delve into this mysterious subject. It’s important to note that your objective was purely to uncover the truth, without a predetermined bias towards the film being a hoax or genuine. You had the film as a piece of information, but lacked the knowledge which comes from firsthand involvement or military background.

To mitigate this, you decided to share your investigation through a podcast, hoping that someone might hear it and provide additional insight, an approach that has proven successful for other UFO researchers in the past. In 2021, shortly before Memorial Day, you participated in Jeff Renz’s program. Three weeks later, you received an email from a man who had heard your interview and claimed that while you were correct on some points, others were erroneous.

Over the following months, he continued to email you on the first day of each month, leading you to deduce that he might be involved in a board of directors. This persistent communication over nine months culminated on your birthday, when he sent you a particularly intriguing message.

You remained cautious not to reveal your main whistleblower’s identity while emphasizing the prominence of his position. In the end, your primary objective was to find the truth. You believed that truth could only be found by exploring all possible avenues, never enforcing any personal theories onto your investigation. Thus, your dedication to impartial truth-seeking became a hallmark of your credibility.

You’ve also mentioned your intent to testify before the United States Congress, which is expected to hold a hearing on this matter in the upcoming week. The upcoming hearing will not only be a significant step for your research but will also present an opportunity for other civilian whistleblowers to come forward with their experiences and insights. This accumulation of testimonies will further our collective understanding of these unexplained phenomena.

Would you like to provide further details about your contact with these whistleblowers or your preparation for the upcoming congressional hearing?

The unauthorized viewing of a classified Defense Intelligence Agency report, detailing a program known as “alien interview and retention”, led to a discovery. The document, which was procured through connections within the DIA, contained names of real individuals whose existence could be verified via Wikipedia and Google. Upon sharing this with renowned journalist Linda Moulton Howell, she recognized the significance, labeling it as “gold”.

Cross-referencing the names from the report, I discovered individuals in prestigious positions, such as a retired TRW employee and a rear admiral who had reported to the joint chiefs. There was also a naval intelligence officer who had since risen to vice admiral. My interactions with the latter started positively, with plans to meet in person. However, when informed of the purpose of my documentary and his inclusion in the DIA report, he ceased all communication. This silence, some military personnel argue, is an alternative to lying.

Among the other names were two medical doctors associated with the event. The first, deceased, never discussed his time in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, according to his widow. The second, a pulmonologist in 1991 when the “thought projection interview” took place, is still practicing in a different medical field.

Despite the compelling leads, my efforts to reach out to these individuals were either ignored or met with disinterest. The list and the surrounding circumstances, however, profoundly affected Donald Schmidt, the Roswell expert, and Richard Doty, a man with an understanding of the alien tape in question.

Doty confirmed the authenticity of the footage, depicting an extraterrestrial being. He attributed its existence to disgruntled employees within the S2 and S4 facilities. The tape, Doty revealed, was not smuggled out as previously assumed. Instead, two copies were made at the Area 51 Groom Lake photo lab, one of which left the facility with relative ease.

According to Doty, the alien housing was located in a separate facility, S2 Alpha. The alien was part of a program called Project Pounce, possibly connected to the Kalahari crash. He mentioned that this entire program has now been moved to the Dougway Proving Grounds in Utah. Lastly, an email I found from 1999 identified Doty as the counterintelligence agent for Project Majestic.

He provided me with a Defense Intelligence Agency report detailing what has been unofficially referred to as the ‘alien interview and retention program’. This information wasn’t stolen or smuggled but was disclosed via unauthorized viewing. I remember trembling at an oasis near Hammond, Indiana as I began to realize the enormity of the information I held in my hands. The report included names of real people, verified through Wikipedia and Google, people hitherto unknown but whose existence, as Linda Moulton Howell pointed out, could be considered gold.

I knew that merely having these names wasn’t sufficient; I needed to validate each one. The first was a retiree from TRW, which puzzled me initially as he had no explicit military connection. However, I was informed by Sean David Morton that TRW frequently undertook secret government projects, which clarified that link.

Next was a Rear Admiral who reported directly to the Joint Chiefs and had been in the Oval Office. His identity was later confirmed. There was also a Naval Intelligence captain, who retired as a Vice Admiral. My initial doubts about the veracity of the list were dispelled when I realized that the list referenced ranks at the time the video was made, in April 1991.

I began a cordial email exchange with the ex-Vice Admiral, even planning to meet him in Virginia for a round of golf. But when I mentioned the purpose of my documentary and disclosed his name on the report, he ceased all communication. This silence was deafening.

The list went on, including two medics present in the interrogation room with the alien. One, a doctor on the right of the creature as viewed on screen, had passed away. I reached out to his widow, who surprisingly didn’t dismiss my query but instead revealed that her husband had never spoken of his time in the US Army Medical Corps. This corroborated the information in the report.

The other doctor, still practicing in Connecticut, had been a pulmonologist in 1991, specializing in respiratory problems — which seemed highly pertinent given the creature’s apparent distress. Despite my efforts, this doctor remained unreachable.

For months I deliberated on my next steps, consulting with experts like Dr. Sala and Donald Schmidt, the assistant to J. Allen Hynek and a renowned Roswell expert. They all agreed on the gravity of my findings: if proven true, the implications would be immense.

Eventually, I managed to connect with Richard Doty, who confirmed the authenticity of the ‘Victor’ film but clarified that Victor hadn’t physically removed the tape. Instead, it was an Air Force cameraman, who made copies and managed to extricate a three-minute film, rather ingeniously, using a GSA burn bag. This operation, far from being a covert smuggling operation, had more the feel of a sophisticated heist, as depicted in films like ‘Ocean’s Eleven’.

Doty further revealed that the housing and retention of aliens were carried out at a facility known as S2 Alpha, not S4 as commonly believed. S2 Alpha is part of what’s called the Alien Retention Program, with the particular extraterrestrial in the ‘Victor’ film likely brought in under Project Pounce. The origin of this creature was unknown, but Doty suggested it may have been from the Kalahari crash where two beings were reportedly recovered.

In recent years, these operations have moved to the Dugway Proving Grounds in Utah, where a highly classified underground facility now exists. The former sites, S2, S3, and S4, are currently under a kind of caretaker status, with all major activities having been relocated to the Dugway facility.

Adding a further layer of credibility to these revelations, I found an online email from 1999 by a project manager, Major Thomas Mack, wherein he referred to Richard Doty as their counterintelligence agent for a project called Majestic — the very project my investigations had centered around.

My continued investigation led me to Dr. Dan Burisch, a microbiologist allegedly involved in the back-engineering of alien technology, particularly related to biology. Burisch’s story had been long dismissed as a fabrication, but Doty confirmed that he was indeed a part of the alien retention program.

Dr. Burisch claimed to have worked at S4, conducting research on a being known as J-Rod. Burisch stated that J-Rod was from a future Earth and was suffering from a condition caused by a temporal distortion. Although some of his claims were almost fantastical, they were strangely consistent with other details of the report.

I managed to have a brief exchange with Dr. Burisch via email, but much like my interaction with the ex-Vice Admiral, he stopped responding once the real nature of my inquiry was revealed. Still, his earlier confirmation about his involvement with J-Rod and S4 provided another piece of the puzzle.

My investigation eventually led me back to ‘Victor’ himself. The original footage he had leaked was analyzed by multiple experts, and surprisingly, none could confirm it as a fabrication. The unique physiology and movements of the alien entity in the video, its apparent distress, and the clinical, methodical actions of the medical staff all pointed towards authenticity. It didn’t resemble any known Hollywood production techniques of that time or even today.

I then reached out to Whitley Strieber, author of “Communion”, who had experience with extraterrestrial beings. Strieber could not conclusively verify the footage but expressed that the creature’s movements and the intensity of the encounter resonated with his own experiences.

In the midst of all this, I faced pushback from those who believed I was perpetuating a hoax or disinformation campaign. I couldn’t entirely blame them – if someone had told me about all this a year ago, I would’ve been skeptical too. It was a stark reminder that disclosure, even when sought earnestly, often comes with its own burdens.

Interestingly, as my investigation unfolded, new revelations regarding U.S. government programs like AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) and admissions from high-ranking officials like Luis Elizondo, who confirmed the existence of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs), were reported by the mainstream media. It seemed that the topic, once relegated to the fringes, was increasingly gaining traction.

The entire program since 1947, known as the Majestic program, was a monumental project. Within it, the initiative to interview beings at S2 was termed Project Aquarius, encompassing all things concerning aliens and human interactions. This information comes directly from Richard Doty, a confirmed counterintelligence agent now in his seventies. He seeks to uncover the truth about the government’s cover-ups.

The New York Times played a role in this. I took this information to them and more specifically to Leslie Cain and Ralph Blumenthal, who are known for their substantial report about the USS Nimitz. They were privy to my findings, and initially, I was under an agreement to maintain confidentiality until the stories were released.

Following a lengthy in-person meeting and debriefing session in Midtown Manhattan, Cain and Blumenthal praised the depth and thoroughness of my research. However, they voiced concerns that the New York Times might not publish the story unless there were indisputable physical evidence, such as a photograph of an extraterrestrial, or a confession from a credentialed military intelligence official. To my surprise, such an individual did eventually come forward.

Even with this development, I am uncertain about what is transpiring. They’re not permanent writers for the New York Times, and while I hold them both in high regard, their silence has left me puzzled. I’ve completed every necessary step, even identifying the mysterious ‘Victor’ who revealed the video in the first place.

The resistance I’ve faced throughout this investigation has been puzzling, and at times disheartening. I’ve learned that I am on a watch list. It begs the question, why would this be the case if I am investigating a falsified video? Bizarrely, my file at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) was temporarily missing, only to reappear hours later.

Despite these setbacks, my findings have resonated throughout Washington and the Pentagon, a reaction I find perplexing for a supposed ‘hoaxed video.’ I believe the truth will be revealed through the consequences of my findings, rather than my words alone.

Your question regarding the upcoming hearing in Washington, D.C. is a pertinent one. This film was presented to several congressmen, who were visibly shaken by its contents. One has even publicly stated that he doubts the American public could handle what he has seen.

I do not anticipate full disclosure from this hearing. Nonetheless, the secret is out, and I believe it’s time for the military to acknowledge this truth. While I understand the rationale behind the secrecy, I believe it’s time for transparency. The American public deserves to know the truth, and while they may not forgive the lies and the cover-up, they might understand why it was necessary. We don’t need to know everything, but the acknowledgement of past deception is essential.

A government-citizen committee, much like the one established during Nelson Mandela’s reign in South Africa, could provide a platform for such disclosures. This committee could absolve those involved in these cover-ups over the past 80 years, thus facilitating transparency while acknowledging the necessity of their actions.

My hope is that these agencies come forward. Let’s just start with a clean slate. Let’s just say, we’re wiping it clean. You guys did what you thought was in the best interest of the United States and the world. We can argue about that, whether that was correct or not. But we need to do something so people aren’t going to be prosecuted for coming forward. That’s the only way I see it happening, and that’s why people are not coming forward, because they’re going to go to prison.

They know too much. They’ve taken oaths. They’re afraid to come forward. It’s not going to be easy, Clayton. It’s not going to be a cakewalk. It’s going to be a slog. There are going to be fits and starts. It’s going to be confusing. It’s going to be murky. But the only way forward is with the truth. We need to know. And I think the world deserves to know, and I think that will take some of the heat off the American military and the American government.

But as of now, the distrust is so deep that unless we have an amnesty program and a truth and reconciliation process, like what happened in South Africa, I don’t see a way forward. We need to have the courage to tackle this issue head-on and create an environment that encourages people to come forward with their experiences and knowledge without the fear of retribution. We need a paradigm shift, and it is my hope that my research and the upcoming hearings in Washington will facilitate that change. We have to acknowledge that this is a monumental task, but it is a task we must undertake for the sake of humanity. We owe it to future generations to shed light on this mystery, irrespective of how uncomfortable or challenging it might be.

This matter has been under observation since the 1940s, where studies of their tissue and various other aspects have been performed. So, without meaning to sound dismissive towards our cosmic counterparts, it is somewhat familiar territory for us. Before we conclude, I wish to share a piece of information with you that, to my knowledge, is known only by three people in the world, myself included. It was disclosed to me, and no one prohibited me from sharing.

So, on your program, Clayton, I’m going to share this: the new terminology that the government sector and civilian contractors involved in this alien retention program, known as the Majestic program or Aquarius Project, have introduced is ‘Saber’, standing for ‘Synthetic Astrobiological Extraterrestrial Races’.

If ‘Saber’ is mentioned to an informed general in Washington today, he would likely be taken aback. It implies that these beings are some form of amalgamation between a synthetic robot and a biological entity, equipped with tissue and organs, and seemingly sentient. This amalgamation potentially explains their ability to traverse large distances, utilizing diverse propulsion methods like anti-gravity, wormholes, and the principles of string theory. Their nature is a combination of a mechanical construct and a living, biological entity — a peculiar concept indeed.

In summary, my investigation is complete. It’s in the hands of U.S. Congress now. All the secrets, all the cover-ups, all the lies, they all lead to the truth. I just hope that those who have the power to reveal this truth will do so in a way that respects the intelligence and the right of the American people and indeed the world to know what’s really going on. It’s time we all knew the truth.

While I’m far from unveiling the full extent of this secret world, every breadcrumb uncovered leads me to believe that we may be closer than ever to a disclosure of unprecedented magnitude. As someone deeply immersed in this enigma, I cannot turn back now. This isn’t just about satisfying curiosity; it’s about humanity’s right to know, and our place in the universe.

Well, I must express my gratitude, John, for your dedicated research and thorough investigation into this matter. We would be eager to invite you back to our program as the narrative evolves, especially after next week’s hearing in Congress. Your courage throughout this journey, despite the criticism and attempts to tarnish your reputation, is commendable. Our audience, renowned for their open-mindedness, appreciates your willingness to share your story.

John, your participation in our program will undoubtedly contribute to advancing this investigation. I urge our listeners and viewers to support our military, endorse UFO research, and back our Congress. This is a collective effort, and together we can navigate this complex scenario. There are stories in the Bible, in the Quran, and in other religious texts that are equally, if not more, mysterious. The existence of other intelligent beings in the universe should not surprise us. This could be a unifying factor for us all.

Let’s rally behind the cause and strive to do what’s right. After all, even Ronald Reagan believed in the unifying potential of this discovery. Thank you for your time, John.
