How do I update my credit card?

Go to your My Subscription page:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to your profile name.
  2. Click on My Subscription in the dropdown menu.
  3. On the ‘Manage Your Subscription’ page: click ‘Update Your Credit Card’.
  4. Enter your new credit card information in the secure form.
  5. Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page.

How do I update my email address?

Go to your Account Settings:

  2. Click on Account Settings in the dropdown menu.

How do I change my password?

If you are already logged into your account:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to your profile name.
  2. Click on Account Settings in the dropdown menu.
  3. On your Account Settings page: enter your new password.
  4. Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.

If you aren’t logged into your account:

  1. On the Member Login page: click ‘Forgot Your Password?’
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click ‘Request reset link’.
  3. Check your email for the link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

To reset your password:

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your My Subscription page:

  1. Click on the down arrow next to your profile name.
  2. Click on My Subscription in the dropdown menu.
  3. On the ‘Manage Your Subscription’ page: click ‘Cancel’ under the membership subscription you want to cancel.
  4. You’ll see an ‘Active” subscription status until the end of your current billing period.

  4. Change your First/Last Name, Nickname, or @username.
  5. Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
