Six Whistleblowers Spill UFO Secrets to Congress

Top attorney Daniel Sheehan has revealed that he is in contact with at least six former government officials or military contractors who claim to have worked on Roswell-style UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering programs. These whistleblowers have allegedly spoken to members of Congress. Sheehan, who represents Lue Elizondo, former head of the UFO office called AATIP, is also launching a watchdog charity advocating for greater government transparency on UFOs. He stated that some of the whistleblowers briefed Senate committee staff on military intelligence before the passage of the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which included an amendment requiring the Pentagon to provide classified reports on previously undisclosed programs related to unidentified anomalous phenomena. The witnesses have been referred for interviews with the Pentagon’s UFO office, the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).

Dr. Garry Nolan, a top Stanford scientist, immunologist, and Nobel Prize nominee, claims to be in contact with several former staffers of UFO “reverse engineering” programs. Dr. Nolan, who was commissioned by the CIA to investigate cases of the mysterious Havana Syndrome, has conducted experiments analyzing material allegedly jettisoned in UFO flyovers. He believes that those who have testified are putting their careers at risk, as they are breaking one oath of secrecy and taking another under oath.

AARO director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick hinted during a Senate Armed Services Committee hearing that his office has interviewed whistleblowers. Congress has mandated the establishment of an electronic method for potential witnesses of UAP incidents and government UAP-related activities to contact AARO and share their stories without risking retribution for violating non-disclosure agreements. Dr. Kirkpatrick thanked Congress for referring witnesses to AARO and mentioned that nearly two dozen had been brought in so far. An online portal for witnesses has been submitted for approval.

In July 1947, the news of a UFO crash in Roswell, New Mexico, sent shockwaves through the nation. The debris from the Roswell crash was described as a metallic-looking, light but strong material. Jesse Marcel, a former military personnel, was pictured holding the debris. According to attorney Daniel Sheehan, witnesses who allegedly know about Roswell-style programs have come forward. Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick, a veteran intelligence officer, and physicist, told senators that his office “will follow scientific evidence wherever it leads.” However, he also stated that AARO had found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology, or objects that defy the known laws of physics.

Dr. Hal Puthoff, a Nobel Prize nominee and former CIA scientist who worked on the government’s 2008-2012 UFO program called AAWSAP, has briefed Congress on classified information about reverse engineering programs and is aware of whistleblowers who have worked in these alleged programs. He was tasked with collecting evidence of UFOs from military individuals and contractors.

Dr. Puthoff said he knows “some” military contractors or officials who have worked on reverse engineering programs and are now coming forward to AARO (All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) after new whistleblower protections were added to the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act). These individuals felt it was their responsibility to share what they knew.

The Defense Department is still searching for any UFO programs that were improperly kept from Congress, but so far, none have been found. The search, however, is not yet complete.

AARO is currently conducting a historical review of the U.S. government’s identification and resolution of UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) activities, including speaking to witnesses for authorized disclosures as prescribed by law. However, AARO has not yet finished its data collection and analysis, and the DoD has not found any UFO programs that were improperly kept from Congress thus far.

Documentarian James Fox has interviewed at least four whistleblowers who have testified to Kirkpatrick with evidence of UFO crash retrieval programs. These whistleblowers are sharing their testimonies under the new whistleblower protection law. Some of them are retired, while others are still employed. According to Fox, these individuals have stated that reverse engineering programs exist and have provided specific information about the programs.

While the new whistleblower protections allow these individuals to disclose restricted information to AARO, they cannot go public with classified information.

US intelligence leaders held an unprecedented briefing at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, a site with deep historic and rumored links to UFOs. The base was allegedly involved in handling the wreckage from the 1947 Roswell incident, leading UFO researchers to call it “the real Area 51.” It was also the headquarters of two previous government UFO programs in the 1940s through 1970s: Project Sign and Project Blue Book.

CIA director William Burns, Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines, National Security Agency director Gen. Paul Nakasone, and several members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence attended the meeting at the secretive base. Topics discussed reportedly included Chinese spy balloons, the war in Ukraine, and recent leaks of classified documents by National Guard Airman Jack Teixeira. House Intelligence Committee ranking member Jim Himes described the event as “historic” and unlike any previous briefing he and his colleagues have attended.

During the first public hearing on unidentified objects in over 50 years, held in May, Wisconsin Republican Rep. Mike Gallagher entered into the Congressional record a controversial document called the “Wilson-Davis Notes.” The document allegedly contains notes from a meeting between physicist and intelligence official Dr. Eric Davis and then-deputy director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson, in Las Vegas in October 2002. According to the notes, Wilson told Davis that he had uncovered a secret program run by a defense contractor that retrieved and attempted to reverse-engineer UFOs.

The document claims Wilson found discrepancies in budgets that led him to a program run by a top US aerospace technology contractor. He was allegedly told that they had “something recovered years ago,” which was “an intact craft they believed could fly.” However, despite his rank, Wilson was denied access to the program, and his superiors warned him that his career would suffer if he pursued it.

AARO is planning to take testimony from both Davis and Wilson. Dr. Hal Puthoff, another Nobel Prize nominee, and CIA scientist, who worked in the government’s 2008-2012 UFO program called AAWSAP, sent the leaked document to astronaut Edgar Mitchell. Puthoff has neither confirmed nor denied the authenticity of the document.

Although the authenticity of the Wilson-Davis Notes remains unverified, Christopher Mellon, a former senior defense intelligence official, has written that Dr. Eric Davis is the author. In a December 2022 blog post, Mellon mentioned that he brought Dr. Davis to Capitol Hill to meet with staff from the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services committees in 2019. Mellon described the NDAA amendment as “far-reaching legislation that could soon confirm the existence of an alien presence on earth.”

Dr. Gary Nolan, a friend of Dr. Davis, said in an interview with Australia 7 News that he was aware of the notes before they were published and believes they are authentic. However, Vice Admiral Thomas Wilson denied the claims in the document in an interview with Australian journalist Ross Coulthart, calling it “pure fiction.” Wilson stated that he never requested access to Special Access Programs, was never denied access, and was never threatened to have his career “derailed” if he persisted.

In his book, Coulthart acknowledges that if the Wilson-Davis memo is real, its contents might be so highly classified that Wilson would be obliged to deny it publicly. Jacques Vallée’s memoir mentions an alleged encounter by General John ‘Jack’ Sheehan with a downed UFO in a government bunker. However, General Sheehan has denied the story, stating that he was never shown a UFO or uncovered a secret program. A source briefed on the work of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence told DailyMail.com that General Sheehan had been asked to testify to AARO, though it is unclear if he has testified. It is important to note that these claims are unverified, and the authenticity of the documents in question is still uncertain.

Charles Bowsher, who served as the US Comptroller General from 1981 to 1996, allegedly found a crashed UFO program during an audit of classified projects around 1984, according to Jacques Vallée’s diary entry from September 24, 2004. Vallée wrote that the discovery led to the consideration of turning the case over to the Justice Department for prosecution, but a powerful person in the Department of Defense stopped it. The Wilson-Davis memo also refers to a high-ranking government auditor discovering the program, but it does not specifically name Bowsher. The notes mention that a formal agreement was later established with Pentagon officials to prevent future discoveries. Charles Bowsher passed away on September 30 last year.
