Remote Viewing Underground ET Bases

Remote Viewer Pat Price’s psychic investigations of underground ET bases in the early 1970s, and Army Captain Skip Atwater’s follow-up investigation of Price’s investigations beginning in 1982 (hence the moniker “Project 8200”), strongly suggest that Earth has spent a great deal of time under clandestine extraterrestrial surveillance and influence, and this ET program is currently undergoing a carefully coordinated phase transition that will result in more intrusive meddling, but may also present humanity with a window of opportunity during which we can interrupt their activity, insofar as it represents, for the visitors, a window of vulnerability.

Skip Atwater relates that after Pat Price had completed his investigations in 1973, he gave his files summarizing the data to Dr. Hal Puthoff, who then passed it on to Skip Atwater in the 1980s. Pat had come to the startling conclusion that the function of these bases was to reinforce “BTL implants,” assimilate new recruits, engage in overall monitoring of the planet and that they were highly protected, mutually coordinated, and possessed very advanced technology with the capability to coordinate motor control in humans. The alleged purpose of these BTL implants, according to Price, is to block authentic memories and to alter consciousness by inculcating subjects with new information through the subconscious mind for the purpose of applied perception management.
